Ephesians 2:8 – “For by grace (charis) you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God.”

I. What is CHARIS?
Greek Word: Charis (χάρις)
Meaning: Unmerited favor, divine influence, supernatural provision, kindness from God that we don’t deserve.
Charis is the atmosphere of Heaven invading your life.
> ✨ Preaching Point: You didn’t earn it, but Heaven gave it. That’s charis!

II. What Does CHARIS Do?
1. Charis Saves
Ephesians 2:8 – Salvation is a product of grace.
Not your works, but His work at the cross.
2. Charis Provides
2 Corinthians 9:8 – “God is able to make all grace (charis) abound toward you…”
Provision flows in the presence of grace.
3. Charis Strengthens
2 Timothy 2:1 – “Be strong in the grace (charis) that is in Christ Jesus.”
It empowers you when you’re weak.
4. Charis Elevates and Lifts You
James 4:6 – “He gives more grace… He gives grace to the humble.”
Grace promotes what pride cannot accomplish.

III. Charis vs Works
Works say: I must do to get.
Grace says: Jesus did it — now receive.
> Grace is not earned; it’s inherited through Christ.

> “Father, I receive your grace — your charis — to walk in divine provision, strength, healing, and favor. I cancel the spirit of struggle. I enter into the rest of grace!”
